Day 4 of NYC

Finding the peaceful moments in NYC has been a little stressful, but moments like the image above really bring me back down to earth. It's only been four days here and I feel like my credit card is crying and I've lost 30 lbs from all the walking I've been doing. It's definitely a different pace and lifestyle than Florida, not one I'm sure I love, but I can definitely see how people enjoy it here. There's ALWAYS something to do, even if that just means sitting outside and watching people or talking to locals or walking down the street and discovering a place that has the best kale salad I've ever had in my life (yes, all things I've done). It's definitely a photo journalist's place to be, or anyone involved in media for that matter. It can just be so cold, literally and figuratively.   But I have two more days here and I really just want to bring my camera everywhere I go - I have so many more photos that need to be taken.
